How soon will someone reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Saturday. WhatsApp during shop hours is usually answered the same hour.
Where is my order?
Track it yourself on the track order page with your Order ID or registered phone number. If it has not moved in three working days, write to us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes. Send the design, the quantity and the date you need it by, and we will come back with a price and a timeline from the bench.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Write to us with your order number and a photo of the piece. We will send the return instructions the same day.
Can I visit the workshop?
By appointment. Message us a day ahead so someone is free to show you the collection properly.
